Matthew and Acts both have 28 chapters but Matthew only has 20 verses in chapter 28 while Acts has 31 Verses, making it the longest book in the New Testament.

Side Fact:
     Testament means a covenant instituted between God and man, esp the covenant of Moses or that instituted by Christ. It came from the Latin word testāmentum.

So you could say "The Old Covenant" and "The New Covenant."
